Vegetable cake with marijuana step by step
You can now check off your New Year’s resolution list that of learning to cook. The recipe that we bring you will not only allow you to test your skills as a chef but it will also make you the perfect host. And it is that no lover of good cuisine and good weed could resist these flavors.
Ingredients to prepare a vegetable cake with marijuana
- 1 onion.
- 1 carrot
- 1/2 zucchini.
- 1/2 red pepper.
- 100 g of spinach.
- 4 eggs
- 80 g of grated cheese.
- 250 g of flour.
- 35 g of marijuana butter.
- 15 g of fresh yeast.
Ingredients for marijuana butter
- 1/2 liter of water.
- 250 g of butter.
- 40 g of resin remains or a small bud.
Making the Cannabis Vegetable Cake
Before we start preparing the cake, we will make ourselves with a creamy and stimulating marijuana butter. To do this, grind the marijuana leftovers well and place them in a saucepan with the boiling water along with the butter. The heat will cause the marijuana to expel its THC content and the fat in the butter that these components are concentrated so that you later obtain the desired effects.
Stir the mixture every so often and in about half an hour, when the water has been consumed over medium heat, it will be cooked. Pour the contents into a jar and put it covered in the fridge, letting it rest for at least 8 hours. At the end of the process, the buttery part with the THC will have consolidated and you can remove any excess water.
Now it’s time to chop all the vegetables and fry them with a splash of oil and a pinch of salt. While you get them to simmer, go preparing the dough for the vegetable cake with marijuana. You just have to beat the eggs and add the flour, the yeast and 150 g of melted butter (you can save the rest for another time. It will last a lot in the fridge!).
Mix the vegetables with the dough and a pinch of cheese and stir everything very well before pouring all this mixture into a mold suitable for the oven. What do you like gratin dishes? Before putting the mold in the oven for 40 minutes at 170ºC, sprinkle the rest of the cheese over the dough and at the end of the process you will have a crispy and tasty gratin.
